Forms & workflow

Turn website requests into ClickUp tasks

When your team works in ClickUp, website requests shouldn’t arrive as emails someone has to copy over. We connect your site’s forms to ClickUp so each request becomes a task, ready to work on.

What ClickUp does on your site

Requests from your website created as ClickUp tasks, with the right template, fields and status.

For SERHANT., we built an internal request platform where agents order marketing work. Each request creates a ClickUp task from the right template, fills in its custom fields, and keeps comments and payment details in sync with the task.

The same approach works for any team that runs on ClickUp: service requests, project briefs, support tickets or onboarding forms, each landing in the right list with everything the team needs.

What you get

Tasks from forms

Each submission creates a task in the right ClickUp list.

Templates and custom fields

Tasks start from your templates, with form answers in your custom fields.

Comments both ways

Requesters can see updates and add comments without logging in to ClickUp.

Payments recorded

With Stripe, a paid request is marked on its task automatically.

Common questions

Can different request types go to different lists?

Yes. Each form can create tasks in its own list, from its own template.

Can it take payment before the work starts?

Yes. We’ve combined ClickUp with Stripe so a request is paid when it’s submitted and the payment shows on the task.
