IDX Broker on a custom real estate website

IDX Broker is one of the longest-running IDX providers, and it works with almost any website. We integrate it into custom real estate sites so listing search, saved searches and lead capture feel like part of your brand.

What IDX Broker does on your site

Add IDX Broker’s MLS search and listing pages to your website, styled to match your brand.

IDX Broker gives MLS members a hosted listing search they can add to their own website. Its search, results and property detail pages run on IDX Broker’s system, usually on a subdomain of your site such as search.yourdomain.com, and its widgets can be placed on any page.

We set up the subdomain, style IDX Broker’s pages to match your site’s header, fonts and colors, and place search, featured listings and lead capture where they help most. Leads from saved searches and listing alerts go to IDX Broker’s lead tools and can be forwarded to your CRM.

What you get

Lead capture

Saved searches, listing alerts and sign-up prompts turn browsers into contacts.

Your listings first
